Magic: the Gathering & Transformers TCG will once again be taking part in PAX East** this year!

PAX East takes place February 27th through March 1st in Boston, MA. If you plan to come, there are many ways you can interact with Magic and Transformers TCG over the weekend.

Magic: the Gathering

Coming to PAX East will be FOUR Players Tour Invites! You can earn them through the Mythic Convention Series! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we will be running several 4 round MCS Trials where all players who go undefeated (4-0) will receive an invite to Sunday’s Mythic Convention Series PAX East Championship. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th place winners of this event will receive a Players Tour Series 2 Invite & more! 

MYSTERY BOOSTER events are coming to PAX East! Have fun with this incredibly popular Magic set in booster draft and sealed deck events! Do not miss your chance to play with this convention only set!

Social Play at PAX East, bring a friend and join us all weekend in our Command Zone and for our Two-Headed Giant events. It’s incredibly easy to learn Magic with all FOUR of our new player geared features: 

-Learn to PLAY - Get your first taste of Magic with a hands-on demonstration of the game, receive a FREE Welcome Deck* and coupon* for the Planeswalker Deck League.

-New Player Two-Headed Giant - Want to learn Magic with a friend? Then this FREE event is for you! Teams of two players, one experienced and one new, will each receive a FREE Welcome Deck* and a booster pack then play 2 rounds receiving a booster for each win!

-Planeswalker Deck League - Receive a Planeswalker deck and play in this League style event. Enter once, play all day, and receive prizes win or loss! Come and go as you please, perfect for the convention goer on the move!

-New Player Sealed - Learned Magic and looking for the next step? Try out our New Player Sealed event. In addition to being a discounted sealed event and a more casual friendly prize structure, our friendly judge staff will give you a class on how to build your first sealed deck! 

Transformers TCG

We will be running a small number of high prize Transformers TCG events featuring Energon Editions as part of the prize pool. More details will be available in the coming days!

In addition we will be running a FREE Transformers TCG Turbo event every morning starting at 10am. Limited to the first 100 players, so get there early!
