Judges, operations personnel and score-keepers are the backbone of making any game's organized play system work, and we are always looking to expand our qualified staff.  We hope you will become part of that team!

Please fill out the following information as completely as possible.  We will be processing applications and making staffing requests shortly.  Please note: Even if you have filled this form out previously, this event requires you to re-enter your information.

Volunteer Compensation for being on staff at any Pastimes event is based on the experience, time and effort you bring to our events.  Pastimes is only interested in judges and staff who are dedicated to making the event and/or convention enjoyable for all attendees - and fun for those of us running the event as well!  If you have the desire to help us attain that goal - we are looking for your help.  (You must be a minimum of 18 years old to volunteer to help at a Pastimes event)  Also, rooms may be available for judges at the Grand Prix, but the need by a judge for lodging will impact product compensation and may influence our decisions during recruiting.

In addition, we have two "shift" options - Friday through Sunday or Saturday and Sunday.  If you are interested in Friday, but cannot be in until late, please indicate that below - and let us know what time you are available.  We will try to work the schedule as best we can after we choose the staff.

The Staff List for Grand Prix Indianapolis will be posted on May 30th.  If you have not received an e-mail by June 1st, please feel free to contact us.
