Main Event

 

Return to Ravnica Pre-Release

Pastimes Return to Ravnica Prerelease, players will build their decks with 5 Packs of Return to Ravnica and 1 Guild Pack! Each Guild Pack contains 14 Guild aligned cards and 1 Pre-Release promo card for that Guild. In addition everyone who signs up for the tournament will be able come back and enter a draft for free on the following Saturday or Sunday!

Registration: 3:00 p.m.

Start Time: 4:00 p.m.

Entrance fee: $25

Format: Limited - Sealed Deck

Format Description: Main decks must contain a minimum of forty cards. There is no maximum deck size. All cards a player received but is not using in his or her main deck become that player's sideboard.

Players are not restricted to four of any one card in Limited tournament play.

Any drafted or opened cards not used in a player's Limited deck function as his or her sideboard. The sideboard may not be kept where it could be confused or switched with other cards.

Structure: Single Elimination

Structure Description: mtg Single Elimination

Notes: The Pre-Release will run 4 rounds, regardless of the number or players - other rules about "Swiss" will apply.

Prizes: Prizes will be paid in Return to Ravnica Boosters - Payout shown below. Additionally, door prizes will be offered for every tournament!!
